Worth sending

• A correction — anything here that is wrong or has gone stale.
• A suggestion — a hotel that fits one of the four sections and is genuinely unlike what is already listed.
• A permissions question about quoting or referencing our text.

Not our department

We hold no reservations, no inventory and no guest records. Anything about an actual stay — dates, rates, cancellations, lost property, loyalty accounts — has to go to the hotel or to whoever took the booking. Sending it here only costs you time.

Corrections get read first and usually acted on quickly. Everything else gets an answer when there is one to give.
